Virgie Arthur is on her way back to the Bahamas to ask a Bahamian judge for custody of Dannielynn until the issue of paternity has been resolved. Arthur has been very vocal that she fears that Dannielynn is at risk in the hands of Howard K. Stern.
Currently I don’t think there is a shot in hell this will happen because under Bahamian law Howard K. Stern is the father of the baby and it doesn’t help that Anna Nicole publicly wanted nothing to do with her. To make matters worse the Bahamian Supreme Court has ordered a background check on her as well as Stern and Larry Birkhead with the results being announced in court tomorrow.
To make matters worse for Stern, the Bahamian police and the Seminole Florida cops met this week to discuss the contents found on a laptop computer in Anna Nicole’s hotel room. Rumor is that there is information concerning prescriptions drugs and information involving the death of her son Daniel and how her death may be linked to his.
