Heads up New York, Death Race 2000 could be headed your way

Hey New Yorkers, not only do you have to worry about Lindsay Lohan running over people but now her father, Michael Lohan has been released from his Buffalo, NY jail. He had been locked up since June 30, 2005 for second degree attempted assault and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

This after he pleaded guilty to harassing and threatening his family and his estranged wife Dina. According to prosecutors, Lohan made up to 40 threatening phone calls a day to Dina’s house and had also threatened to kill the entire family
